He is survived by: his spouse Ann M. O'Neill; his children, Colleen Carosella (David) and Edward J. O'Neill, Jr. (Lisa); his grandchildren, Rhiannon O'Neill, Steffani O'Neill and Kyle Carosella; and his brothers, William O'Neill (Harriet), Charles O'Neill (Carol), John O'Neill and Joseph O'Neill.
