She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Kelley; her daughter Missey Chambers; and her brother Thomas Kelley. She is survived by: her parent Doris Kelley; her husband Warren Chambers, Sr.; her children, Warren Chambers, Jr. and Kelley Francis (Scott); her grandchildren, Brett Francis, Jayson Francis and Scottie Francis; her sister Kathy Baun (John); and her sister-in-law Brenda Kelley. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Heart Association, in memory of Doris and Missey Chambers, 1617 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Suite 700, Philadelphia, PA 19103 would be appreciated.
