He is survived by: his sons, Michael Slattery (Jessica Matase) and Robert Slattery (Ann Donley); his grandson Kevin Slattery; and his siblings, Jane Slattery (John Synk), Patrick Slattery (Heidi Kuehn), Mary Murray (Patrick Murray) and John Slattery (Burlene Caulder). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
