He was loved and cherished by many people including: his aunt Lethia Williams; his wife Barbara Ann Barlow; his daughter Melba E. Moore; his granddaughter Shaleice M. Moore; and his siblings, Winifred Y. Boswell, Willie J. Moore Sr., Frederic M. Williams, Demetrius W. Williams and Kenneth M. Williams. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
