She is survived by: her niece Karol; her daughters, Marcee Cooper Sibson (Bryan) and Betsy Cooper (Alberto Ruiz Garcia); her grandchildren, Brendan Sibson (Taylor), Andrew Sibson, Grace Ruiz Cooper (Marcus Davis), William Ruiz Cooper and Evan Sibson; and her great grandchild Kenna Rose Sibson.
In lieu of flowers, Clara Belle's wish was for donations to be made to the Brigantine Food Bank in her name.
