He was predeceased by: his wife Mae Servis. He is survived by: his children, Mary Ellen Dittmer (Charles), Charles B. Servis (Lucia), Betty Farrell (Dennis) and Michael Servis (Colleen); and his sister-in-law Marie Cedrone. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations in Bud's memory to St. Dorothy Church, 4910 Township Line Road, Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania 19026 would be appreciated.
