She was predeceased by: her husband John E. Gallagher; and her siblings, Philip Tobin (Peggy), Marian Fair (John), Helen Courtney (Charlie) and James Tobin (Betty).

She is survived by: her children, John E., Eileen McGuire (late Robert), Philip J. (Anna) and Patricia Gilroy (John); and her grandchildren, Patrick McGuire, Stacey Dean, Ryan Gilroy, Katie Gilroy and Eileen Gallagher.

Viewing was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:20 AM at the St. Dorothy Church (4910 Township Line Rd, Drexel Hill, PA 19026). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Spirit Adoration Sisters (https://adorationsisters.org) or MainLine Health HomeCare & Hospice.
