She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Patrick and Mary Margaret Goggin; and her brothers, Francis and Jack Goggin. She is survived by: her husband LaMar E. Schaeffer; her children, LaMar Schaeffer, Jr. (Frances), Marianne Albanese (Tom), Patricia Ochs (Chris), Thomas Schaeffer (Elaine), Michelle Johnson (Jim) and Tara McGrorty (Bill); her grandchildren, Andrew, Erin, Madeline Schaeffer, Marla, Hannah Albanese, Adam, Morgan, Cara Ochs, Isabella Schaeffer, Bridget, Kyle and Jake Johnson; and her sisters, Marianne Thomas and Kathleen Buchanan.
Masks are to be worn to the Funeral Mass and Cemetery and Social Distancing is to be observed.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Betty Jane's memory to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer would be appreciated.
