He was predeceased by: his father Charles Battaglino; his former wife Carolyn Battaglino (Jaworski); his sister Josephine Swiderski; and his nephews, Scott Swiderski and Charles Swiderski.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Battaglino (Speck); his mother Raphaela Battaglino (Iacono); his daughters, April Battaglino and Lynne Battaglino (Shaun Cooper); his grandsons, Tristan Cooper, Xavier Battaglino and Lucas Cooper; and his sister Paula Battaglino.
