It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harry J. Day of Dresher, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 10, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Harry J. Day to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine E. Day; his children, Susan Day and Michael Day; his grandson Joseph Day; his sister Helen Winters; and his close friend Rita Rossi.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Weekly (late Richard), William Harry Day (late Diane), Patrick Day (Denean), Kevin Day (Lisa) and Patrice MacDougall (Bruce); and his daughter-in-law Ann Day (Michael). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Viewing was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Queen of Peace Church (820 N Hills Ave, Glenside, PA 19038). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
