It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris B. Pellegrino of Dresher, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 12, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James J. Pellegrino; and her children, Laura DeHennis (Philip) of Warminster, PA, John Pellegrino (Jean) of Louisville, KY, Linda Naylor (James) of Warrington and Helen Pellegrino of Bristol, PA.. She was also cherished by her nine grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers contributions in Doris's memory can be made to one of her charities- Boys Town, Penn State Thon, or Wounded Warriors of PA.

“I grew up across the back alley from the Pellegrino's. They were and are a wonderful family and friends. Mrs Pellegrino at one point, was our Den Mother for cub scouts. There was so much happiness and love that came from their house. When I think of Mr and Mrs Pellegrino it brings back such great memories, like going with them to Mermaid Lake in Blue Bell, PA, which is where I currently live and feel so at home thanks to my friends the Pellegrino's. Mrs Pel will be missed. God Bless!”
