She was predeceased by: her husband Mario Caruso; her parents, Antonio Pileggi and Elisabetta Pileggi (Pasceri); and her siblings, Angelo Pileggi, Vincenzo Pileggi and Giancarla Pileggi Dembeck.

She is survived by: her children, Dominic Caruso (Deborah), Giuliana Caruso Kashdan (Zachary) and Antonella Caruso Zurybida (Gene); her grandchildren, Dominic Jr., Jennifer, Jeffrey, Amanda, Mario and Joseph; and her sister Angela Caruso. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, 2 step great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations in Antonia's name may be sent to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
