He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Barlow (Crilley); and his parents, Samuel Barlow and Gladys Barlow. He is survived by: his children, Susan (Nicholas), Tom (Janet) and Sharon; his grandchildren, Nick, Matt of Michael, TJ, Christopher, Arianna and Colin; and his great grandchildren, Hope, Nicholas, Hazel, Amadeo and Giada.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home (3511 Main St, Munhall, PA 15120). A masonic service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Amity Presbyterian Church (400 Euclid Ave, Dravosburg, PA 15034).
One of Tom's favorite expressions was "You can take the boy out of Dravosburg, but you can't take the Dravosburg out of the boy."In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Amity Presbyterian Church of Dravosbug, PA or to the Shriners Hospital for children at 1645 W 8th St., Erie, PA 16505.
