With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard W. Monaghan of Dravosburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 18, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Captain Richard "Bud" Monaghan; his brothers, Rob, Rusty and Randy; and his son Mason.

He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Kuhn Monaghan; his children, Mitchell Monaghan of Liberty Borough, Bill Pearson (Melissa) of Elizabeth, Cricket Pearson of Phoenix, AZ and Niki Monaghan of Carnegie, PA; his grandchildren, Lyric, Jeminni, Mason, Connor, Aiden Monaghan, Alex, Derek and Maggie Pearson; his sister Rhonda Demko (Larry) of Wilson; and his mother Dolores "Dee" Bell Monaghan of Dravosburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family suggests contributions to the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center of Shadyside, 5115 Centre Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15232.
