She was predeceased by: her daughter John O'Hara. She is survived by: her daughter Ethel O'Hara; and her sisters, Virginia Killian (Ginny), Doug O'Hara of Lynchburg and Ellen O'Hara of Sanford, FL. She is also survived by one niece, two aunts, one uncle and several cousins.
