He is survived by: his wife Patricia O'Connor Slinskey; his children, Cindy Babiak (Greg) of North Huntingdon, Gary Slinskey of Dravosburg and Brian Slinskey (Kim) of Lehighton, PA; his granddaughter Jennifer Long (Jared); and his children, Lauren Slinskey and Kaylin Slinskey.
