He was predeceased by: his parents, John Powell and Pat Seible Powell. He is survived by: his brothers, Jeff Powell (Nancy Cislo) of Dravosburg and Judd Powell (Michele) of Xenia Ohio; his girlfriend Janine Moffat of Dravosburg; his nieces, Taylor and Alexis; and his pet Jax.
