We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2019, at the age of 88, John Michael Kostelnik Sr. (Dravosburg, Pennsylvania), born in Homestead, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kostelnik and Helen Uhrin Kostelnik; and his sister Mildred Wolak. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Makay Kostelnik; his children, John M. Kostelnik (Sheri) of Lancaster, CA and Sandra L. Kostelnik (David Mooney) of Dravosburg; his sister Donna Johnen of Cortland, OH; his grandchildren, John Michael Kostelnik (Kate) of Kevin Alan, Kara Leigh Kerr (Nicholas) and Michael Ryan Kostelnik; and his great grandchildren, Rebecca, Carrie, Ashley and Kennedy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the John J. Kane Regional Center, 100 9th St, McKeesport, PA 15132, in thanks for their care and compassion.
