He is survived by: his children, James Wayne Shutts (Kim) of Port Vue, David Wayne Shutts (Babbie) of Palm Coast, FL and Linda Denise Blount (Keith) of St. Augustine, FL; his grandchildren, James "Jimbo" Wayne Shutts, Jr, Shawn Bailey (Malory), Joshua Michael Shutts, Ashley Lynn Blount, Michael Dennison (Ashley) and Courtney Shutts; and his great grandchildren, Miranda, Nolan and Conor Bailey.
