She was predeceased by: her parents, William Quinn and Ellen Quinn (Foley); her former husband Bradford Miller (Bucky); her children-in-law, Pamela Miller (Butts) and Anthony Tardio; and her siblings, Billy, Kathleen, Jane and Peggy.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Miller, Barbara Ann Anderson (Michael), Sharon Tardio, Jeffrey Miller and Marc Miller (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Ryan Miller, Sara Hefner (Bill), AJ Tardio (Courtney), Christopher Tardio, Elliot Miller (Michelle Montana), Isaac Miller, Lydia Miller, Owen Miller, Hannah Anderson and Nathanael Anderson. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

“I am so sorry to hear of Ellen's passing. I came to know her from visiting my own mother at St Anne's. Ellen always had a smile on her face, she was a lovely woman. I would bring my dog to visit my mom and we would always make sure to stop by and see Ellen. My dog's name is Daisy and whenever we would visit, Ellen would hold her while singing Bicycle Built for Two. We will truly miss her. Cindy Woodmancy”
