She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwyn Phillips and Marguerite Phillips (Wilds). She is survived by: her husband Edward Battles; her son Alan Battles (Audra) of West Mifflin; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Battles of West Mifflin and Samuel Battles of West Mifflin; her sister Marlyn McCormley of Elizabeth; her nieces, Kristen Curran and Susan Large; and her great-nieces, Amanda Curran, Emily, Ariane Autore, Carlyn and Samantha Large.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Amity Presbyterian Church.
