He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Seltzer and Margaret Seltzer (Anmerman). He is survived by: his spouse Jean Seltzer (Heaney); his daughter Dawn Boger (Brian); and his grandson Paul Boger (Kris). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
