Wayne Zaks Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Zaks and Edith Zaks (White); and his sister Janice Horger (late Robert). He is survived by: his wife Linda (Farr); his daughters, Wendy Rector (Eric), Bonnie Kintzel (Rick), Michelle Liberato (Michael), Danielle Pheil and Melissa Summarell (Jody); his pets, Suzy and Daisy; his grandchildren, Sadie, Tucker Rector, Lilly, Cara Kintzel, Sophia, Grace Liberato, Amelia, Addison Pheil, Shjon, Thylar and Rhyann Summarell; and his siblings, Jeff Zaks (Linda) and Alexis Thomas (Gregg). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in his name to American Cancer Society or Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
