He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Howells and Dorothy Howells (Hancock); his son Timothy Howells, II; and his brother J. Barry Howells. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn A. Howells (Buzzard); his children, Thomas E. Howells of Doylestown, PA and Holly B. Debus (Michael) of Macungie, PA; his granddaughters, Kimberly Howells and Gabrielle Pettit; his great grandchildren, Odin and Freya Ruscitti; his brother Thomas Howells of Virginia; and his pet Gigi.
