He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas C. Holst, Sr. and Edith Holst (Mortimer); and his daughter Jennifer Holst-Diedrich. He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his son Dan (Joanna); his siblings, Gretchen Gibbons (Neil) and David (Nancy); and his granddaughters, Addison and Isabella. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
