She is survived by: her husband Charles Swartz; her children, Michael (Susan), John Swartz (Janeen), Susan Keller (Jeffrey) and Tracy Pakenas (Matthew); her grandchildren, Jonathan, Cassidy, Julia, Michael, Jenna, Matthew, Jeffrey, Carly, Brooke, James and LeeAnne; and her sister Mary.
