He is survived by: his spouse Michele Amerman (Katzin); his sons, Rob and Kevin; his daughter-in-law Melissa; his grandchildren, Mia, Cole and Noelle; and his sisters, Jenny Dukes (late Buddy), Patty Woods (late Bill) and Sharon Derrickson (Rick). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
