He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Billings and Carrie Dobner Billings; and his sister Marjorie. He is survived by: his wife Mabel Klahr; his children, Tom (Jody) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Ted (Montana) of Darby and Linda (British Columbia) of Smithers; his grandsons, Phillip and Christopher; and his great grandchildren, Sierra and Bradley.
