He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Wise and Helen Mary Wise (Farley); his wife Carolyn Wise; and his sister Elsie Wise. He is survived by: his children, William "Bill" Wise (Tammy) of Flemington, NJ and Melissa St. John (David) of Glassboro, NJ. He is also survived by his five grandchildren and his great-grandchildren.
