He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Blythe and Aldyth Blythe (Weisel); his wife Alma Blythe (Corson); and his siblings, Robert Blythe and Betty Mauer (Blythe).
He is survived by: his sons, Richard (Britta), Brett (Jackie), Todd (Bonnie) and Chris (Dani); his grandchildren, Ryan, Tyler, Alexandra, Jack, Ellie, Eamon, Jaycee and Cian; his great grandchildren, Luna and Wyatt; and his brother Jon Barrie Blythe.
