She was predeceased by: her husband John Charles Byard II; her parents, Hurlock Smith and Muriel Smith; and her siblings, Patrick Smith, Jerry Smith and Margo LoBiondo.
She is survived by: her children, John Charles Byard, III (Nancy Hogan) and Vickie Jean Byard; her grandchildren, Brandon Edward Baransky, Brianna Nicole Byard, James Quinn and Christopher Quinn; and her brother Donald Smith.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Paula's services will be held at a later date.
