He is survived by: his children, David (Susan) of Omaha, Sean (Erin) of Furlong, Andrew of Crofton and Kathryne of Chesapeake Virginia; his sister Kathleen Forletta (Bernard) of Shrewsbury; his niece Amy Keith (Forletta); and his nephew Patrick Forletta. He is also survived by 5 granddaughters and 2 great grandchildren.
