He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret McGinty (Bradley) and Edmond McGinty; and his brothers, Joseph C McGinty (Anne) and William G. McGinty (late Aileen). He is survived by: his wife Nancy McGinty (Cooper); his children, Patrick McGinty (Denise Lake), Bryan McGinty (Bethany) and Janice Perry (Christopher); his grandchildren, Nathan, Mckenzie, Gavin, Emmaleigh, Jake, Ryleigh, Aiden, Avery, Delaney and Declan; his siblings, Edmond McGinty (Kathleen), Daniel McGinty, Francis McGinty (Louann) and James McGinty (late Molly); and his brothers-in-law, Lou and Joe Rittenhouse (JoAnne). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church (5194 Cold Spring Creamery Rd, Doylestown, PA 18902). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
