She was predeceased by: her son Edward; her grandson Keith Dickey; her parents, Edward Hamilton Kephart and Mary Agnes Quinlisk Kephart; and her husband Joseph Aloysius Steelman.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew (Julie Smith), Susan Dickey (James), Cecelia Hedrick (Douglas) and Jill Steelman; her daughter-in-law Gail Steelman; and her sisters, Mary Booker, Ruth Davis and Alma Halligan. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
