Mercando (Shannon); his grandchildren, Joshua P. Ecker (Timarie), Maxwell J. Mercando and Caroline R. Mercando; his great grandchild Adeline R. Ecker; his brother Robert Mercando; and his brother-in-law Eugene Stansfield (Pauline). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
