She was predeceased by: her parents, Rowland Worthington and Margaret Culver Worthington. She is survived by: her husband William S. Clark, Jr.; and her children, Keith, Don, Elizabeth and Richard. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
