She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gorczyca and Clara Baranski Gorczyca. She is survived by: her husband Henry Giedgowd; and her children, Teresa Joshua (Bud) of Huntingdon Valley, Tom Giedgowd (Katie) of Strafford, Joe Giedgowd (Bettijean) of Doylestown and Ed Giedgowd (Phyllis) of Danville, California.. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Marie's name may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
