She is survived by: her husband Rick Lentine; her children, Toni Lentine Schwartz (Michael) of Yardley and Rick Lentine (Christy) of Springdale, AR; and her grandchildren, Michelle Chamberlain, Renee Ferdinand, Kurt Lentine and Nathan Lentine. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
