He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kessler and Julia Kessler (Rakosky); and his brothers, Samuel and Arthur. He is survived by: his wife Carol Weiss (Johnson); his son Philip (Lola); his granddaughter Sabrina; his son Richard (Christine); his grandchildren, Alexander and Bailey; his children, Julia (Gary) and Noel (Christine); and his grandchildren, Charlotte and Peyton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
