She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert I. Hammer; and her parents, Walter Ziembka and Angela Gojeski Ziembka. She is survived by: her children, U. S. Navy, Herb and Vietnam; her granddaughter Tanya M. Hammer; her sons, Michael J. Hammer (Sherri) of Newtown and Walter F. Hammer (Lindsay) of Newtown; her grandchildren, Brittany M., Bailey and Alexander W. Hammer; and her great grandchildren, Liam Michael Kent and Madison Jade Kent.
