He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marilyn "Lynne" Downes and Ronald Rickert; his siblings, Maureen Burke and Christopher Rickert (Stephanie); his nieces and nephews, Nickolay Burke and Kayleigh Carey; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Grace and Vaeh Carey.
