Zach M wrote a sympathy message

“I started working with Joe back in 2021 when I got assigned to the Clean earth Philadelphia location. I got to hang out with Joe everyday, hear so many of his stories, about his childhood in Philly robbing trains and getting into fights. Joe was always yelling at me or others and cracking jokes. It truly was hilarious. He was the hardest worker I've ever seen and ran his facility single handedly. He always talked fondly of his family and grandchildren as well. He will truly be missed.”
