He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Cowhey and Rose Cowhey. He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Kelsey, Kara and Grace; his siblings, Mary Margaret Pellegrine (Daniel), Thomas Cowhey (Lorraine), Rose Nihill (Joseph) and Dawn Cowhey; and his nephew Daniel Pellegrine.
