He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A., Sr. and Muriel Fletcher Parker; and his siblings, Robert Parker and Carol Trainor. He is survived by: his wife Karen Wickel Parker; his children, Tina Marie Bria of Roslyn, PA and Chris Parker of Biglerville, PA; and his stepdaughters, Annie Hasiak (Dan Root) of Billings, MT and Heather of Billings, MT. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, as well as many extended family.
