He was predeceased by: his father John Moffett, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Moffett; his children, Amanda Isele (Curtis) and Ryan Moffett; his stepchildren, Brian Ricca (Diane) and Shawn Ryan (Nikki Carroll); his mother Ruth Costello; his stepfather Ed Costello; and his siblings, Karen Bound, Deborah Carels, William Moffett (Brenda) and Richard Costello (Renna).
