It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Ann (Bright) Barsel of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 31, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George Barsel; her parents, Paul Bright and Mary Jones; and her sisters, Rosemary Kulp and Margaret Mainwaring.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Ann Miller (Glenn) of Doylestown; her grandsons, Paul and Michael Miller; and her brothers, Thomas, James, John and Robert Jones. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
