He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Garofalo and Ann Iacona Garofalo; and his former wife Catherine Bonner Garofalo. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Michael Garofalo, Michelle Martino, Kathy Jeffries (Randy Jeffries) and David Conboy; his grandchildren, Vincent Garofalo, Leanne Huq, Jaclyn Jeffries, Samantha McEwen (Eric McEwen), Kevin, Sean Jeffries, Emily, Shannon, Connor Conboy and Nicole Hunsicker; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Mirza, Harper and Eric. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
