He is survived by: his wife Judith Stultz Ferguson of Hollidaysburg, PA.; his sons, Andrew Gifford Ferguson (Laura) of Richmond, VA and Timothy Richardson Ferguson of Doylestown; and his grandsons, Stuart Gifford (Melanie) of Richmond, Peter Shands of Richmond and Thomas Christian of Richmond.
