He is survived by: his wife Hazel "Zel" Rever Hetrick; his children, Michael, Randy, Brian (Laurie), Jon (MacKenzie) and Jennifer (Joe); his sisters, Connie and Ethel; his grandchildren, Tyler, Jessica, Dalton, Laurel, Eleanor, William, Amelia, Matthew and Olivia; and his great grandchildren, Brielle and Blake.
