He was predeceased by: his grandmother Lillian Miller; and his aunt Ruthann Golembeski. He is survived by: his parents, Glen D. Golembeski and Dawn V. Golembeski (Miller); his brother Noah J. Golembeski; his grandparents, Gerald and Catherine Golembeski; his aunts and uncles, Robin Kardane (Bruce), John D. Miller (Vicky) and Chris J. Miller (Christie); his great-uncle Paul Gelock; and his pet Kimber.
